Registration conditions

How to participate

  • Exhibitor stand :for craftspeople to showcase their products.
  • Institutional stand : for public or private organizations wishing to participate.
  • Refreshment Stand and Restaurant : reserved for catering establishments to offer their services during the event

Participation fees vary according to stand type and size:

  • Stand of 9 m² for artisans : 100 000 F CFA.
  • Stand of 9 m² for restaurants and refreshment stands: 75 000 F CFA.
  • Stand institutionnel : 200 000 F CFA
  • Payments can be made by cash, certified cheque or bank transfer to the account of SIAO Treasury.
  • Exhibitors must pay the full cost of the stand or make a deposit of at least 50%. The deadline for registration is September 30, 2023No refunds will be possible after this date.(
  • Each stand entitles you to three badges : one for the main exhibitor and two for accompanying persons
