The SIAO (Salon International de l'Artisanat de Ouagadougou) is a biennial event organized to promote African crafts. The 17th edition will be held from October 25 to November 3, 2024, under the theme "African crafts, youth entrepreneurship and empowerment".

To take part, you need to complete the registration form available on the SIAO website. Registration includes identification of the exhibitor, choice of field of activity, and payment of stand rental fees.

Exhibitors must present authentic, high-quality works. Criteria include relevance to the theme of the edition and commitment to the show's rules and regulations.

Stand reservations are made via a registration form. Stands are available in various options (air-conditioned or ventilated), and costs vary according to size and location.

Fees depend on stand size and the option chosen (air-conditioned or ventilated). For example, a 9 m² air-conditioned stand for exhibitors in the Africa zone costs 700,000 FCFA.

To take part in podium entertainment, artists must submit an application, including an application, a press-book, and audio/video recordings. Bands must have at least five members and present a live performance of at least one hour.
